The ever full of laughters & one of my bestest team I've ever played or trained with, NSE.

P.S. My shoulders just appeared to look bigger, its seriously not huge. One thing I realised, the YSS players all seemed to look darker :x

Sylvia, Joyys, Jas & Cheer

Finals were played yesterday, full team except Sylvia was there ): So, in the end, I've got my sister to replace her. She was so lost & inexperienced, yet nobody noticed that she wasnt studying in Singapore Polytechnic. I guess I have too high expectations of her, the rest were blaming me cuz apparently I was too strict on her. Aniwae, she can really play well provided she has more confidence to throw so afterall, my sister still did a great job! So did the whole team, everyone contribted to the championships! We trashed the Indians team soundly. Though SPSU was stingy cuz they only gave us medals & not vouchers, unlike SB club last year, we won happily not cuz of the medal but we won a team which dun deserve to win a single shit. They were second cuz of this team that walked over them, thus giving them 2 points extra. Tsk tsk tsk, feel like slapping them in the face. No sportsmanship. Its one of the most disgraceful finals I've ever played in my life cuz the opponents suck. On a lighter note, I've clinched the 19th medal / trophy in my life, of quite a good significance since im 19 years of age this year (:

Dad's friends came over for mahjong while sister and I were having lunch / brunch for me since I woke up at 3pm (: They were questioning who's the elder one man! Gosh, cant believe they cant tell the difference and claims that my sister's elder cuz she's taller )'': Dun judge people by their height okie?

Recently, have been conferencing with Shuyi, Brian & Weiye for the SIM National Management every night till wee hours. Its super tiring, imagine waking up at 7am the next day when you only slept at 3am the following day? Aniwae, we shall crossed our fingers & hope we get into the semi finals, which is pretty likely. Oh ya, my previous posts mentioned that NSE got into the semi finals! It will be a challenging game but I've faith in my team mates, though they always complaint about my loud voice ): but I love them la!

Very hectic schedule recently, which indirectly means no time for school work & projects so I took today off, just to start off with BD & EA. Not working in B& J for the whole of next month, I knw many will miss me, awwww! So proud (:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, VERNON! (:
May all vege unite & hope you enjoy this lovely greeny day!
Note: So sorry, I really didnt know it was your bdae when I saw you at White Sands. I owe you a treat alrite? (:

Its racial harmony day! Guess wad? Im not at all happy with this lovely occasion. In secondary sch days, we dressed in other races' costumes, it was extremely fun & everyone could get along very well, people of all races. Im starting to wonder, is it just me that has changed? I used to get along very well with Malays boys & my most beloved Indian friend, Kiri. Or is it Indians in poly are more difficult to get along with? Im really wondering.....

Hua Hua Xiao Long Bao had capt ball on Wed & Thurs. We won all games on Wed, lost a point to this Indian group on Thurs, which we drew that match. The group & officials claimed that we lost, so we admit it, since regardless of the results on finals, we will just do our best. What really pisses me off was the following:

1. SPSU suck in organising these kind of events, if they cant coordinate well den might as well refund my 20bucks & close down this dumb club. On Wed, they claimed that the match will be postponed because of bad weather, when the weather was freaking nice & sunny. When all the groups gathered, they say they wanted to play knock-out system, which was dumb. Imagine, playing 1 game for 20bucks, provided losing the first game.

2. Organisers were not respecting the sport, using netball as soccer, if not for worrying that they might be biased against our group, I would have given those Indians officials a piece of my mind.Bloody rude, fine if they cant organise, but they are not even respecting the ball, much less respecting themselves & their opponents.

3. Referee, time-keeper, scorer were all INDIANS.

4. The last group, group of Indians, which we supposed to play with, need to win us to qualify for the next round. Even if, they draw, they will be out of the whole competitions. Precisely, why our score was amazingly short of one goal and nobody can give me a very good explanation.

5. Referee was talking on the phone and not doing his job.

6. Wed, we had 2 referees, one Chinese & one Indian. (the one who didnt do his job well)

7. When its our possession on Thurs, they shouted, "Chinese ball".

8. SPSU, after our complaints, decided to ask Indian group for another re-match. They've got no guts at all, refused (:

9. Before playing the Indians, n0.11 of Hua Hua Xiao Long Bao already warned the rest to be careful of biasness since all the officials were Indians. no.11 knew something bad was going to happen since whenever she met Indians, nothing good come out of it. It so happened that no.11 was Joyys' favourite number.

10. Next Thurs will be the day Hua Hua Xiao Long Bao takes its revenge, I will be borrowing those score cards for SPSU to flip so that the scorer, regardless of race, will keep the score very openly (:

Gosh, cant believe people of no sportsmanship still exist, no intergrity, going all out to qualify, not to mention winning. I will make sure next Thurs, I will trash them. Aniwae, daddy used to say we can only trust the Chinese, its till now I understand his intention when he knew that I was close to Malays & Indians back in sec sch. But I still do love them so. (Everyone who used to be part of my life in sec sch days)

P.S: I dun need people to tag or respond when I blogged, cuz this is my blog. You can jolly well go start a blog yourself. If I offend you in any way, its your problem, since nobody asks you over to read. Thanks so much and please get lost if you're not my friend.

To everyone who participated in the capt ball (except Indian group):
My apologies to all, for my very loud voice to cheer for my own team mates. My proud attitude did win me some enemies but I cant be bothered cuz to me, winning is everything. The arrogance in me must have overtaken my feelings on court since we were the champs of SB last year & close to be champs of SP this year. Psst, I do have supporters okies? (: *Cheers!

It took me the entire evening to find the Napfa requirements. Requirements seemed to be getting tougher as age catches up. What made things worse is I schedule my napfa on the day after inter-con round 2. yes, you've heard it rite? Nee Soon East made it into the second rounds, will be meeting Teck Ghee, a team which we totally not know anything about, didnt even see them during round 1. Hope the change of coach might strengthen the team too! (:

BA2016 TA2 17 Aug 2007 9:00am - 11:10am
BA2029 EA 22 Aug 2007 2:00pm - 4:10pm
BA2041 FIA 24 Aug 2007 2:00pm - 4:10pm

Even though I have a lesser module to take due to the NZ trip, Im not at all contented with the exam timetable cuz apparently, our exams started late & end late as well, which also indirectly means no time to pack my Cambodia luggage ): Just had a little chat with bom, she's super duper useless cuz her ideas are too hurting & bold.

Daddy's nice cuz he went to queue for the Singapore-Brunei notes for me. I wanted to collect $1000 worth of it but its limited to only 2 pieces per person, how mean! But its so much better than nothing since its limited edition and that I dun fancy Brunei that much, oops!

Such a random post, off for my nap (x

9 July
FIA test was ok, at least i felt better cuz i studied more & longer, to add on, its more of calculations than dumb theory questions. i've always felt theory questions are meant for muggers & not myself. numbers are just so super interesting & fun (:

10 July
I did opening with kenny, nothing much in particular, same old routine. had trg at night, freaking tiring cuz i havent been very fit, been skipping trgs during MST & not keeping my fitness level to the peak.

11 July
One of the very unlucky days of my life, period came, together with cramps from previous nite trg & worst of all, i had poly50. running that 30km together with other 9 team mates is not an easy task, esp when non of us, trained or had prepared for the extreme long distance. excuses, bahhhhhhh. aniwae, hua hua xiao long bao came in 58th despite the 100+ teams, its considered an achievement. was still telling them, its nice to be the 100th position. the run was extreme, it just left me with more muscle cramps & whinnings. SB lecturers were the third, with Tan Yenyen, Andrew Low, Ben Cho, Dennis Sim & the rest. They were good laaaaaaa, despite their age!

12 July
Kim, Fana, Sow, Vincent, Kiathow, Brian, Zhenzhong & I went Night Safari since we got free admission tickets from Brian, imagine paying 20bucks each for it, no way. we started off with some cam whoring, with pigs & crocodiles, spying at b&j in both the zoo & night safari. we begin with the animal show, Fana & I managed to squeeze through the crowd & prove ourselves that we were real Singaporeans, the extreme kiasu lot (: We were on the 4th row, after settling down, we realised this huge rope above us, worse for me, i had this squrish looking thing above my head, which we reckon, will be where the animals are resting on. Being smart, I changed seats with Zhenzhong, with Kiathow claiming that I wanted to be close to him, like for no good reason :x Host was interesting, very entertaining, remind audience not to on their flashes but I guess, people were really stubborn, we shouted "NO FLASH" every single time we saw flashes but to no avail. No doubt, people feel that capturing moments like this is more important than the creatures' eyes. We saw owls, wolves, otters, the animal above my head, of which I was screaming my heads off, hiding behind Kiathow, and not knowing its name. Otters were really cute animals, despite being stubborn, i love them. Python was the worse, a huge python was found in this box-looking thing at the 3rd row, i was too shocked to speak, we were told not to move. 4 trainers had to carry that python out to show the entire crowd of audience, it must have be heavy, not heavier than kim though. Owls were basically lame creatures flying all over the place, which I cant be bothered about.

Next, we proceeded with our trail around the Night Safari. Looking at leopards, porcupines, bats, hyenas, tiny creatures running around the places. I must add on that porcupines stink, they're really smelly, smellier than Kiathow's legs. Leopards were such carnivores, it was just fully concentrating on its very raw piece of bloody meat. At that moment, I feel for that piece of meat though. Bats were free flying in this enclosure, imagine free flying, how scary. You wouldnt want one of them to be sticking onto your face though. Thus, Kim, being the extreme manly girl, led us into the enclosure, followed by Kiathow, me, Fana, Sow & Vincent. I've got to admit, we were damn cowardly, tugging each other's shirt, with me getting scolded for pulling Kiat's Nike shirt ): so mean of him!

The most interesting part will be us pointing excitedly through the thick glass panel, claiming that we see the small creatures when we dont, with the aim of trying to deceive the tourists. All of us, speakin in unison, "There, there, there, so cute!". When all of them were concentrating on that particular spot, we went like, "Wow, the speed's amazingly fast, only Singaporeans can see." Hahaha, we were such assholes but it's really fun, we tried it several times till Vincent heard this Brazil lady cursing us, oops!

Afterwhich, we went for the Tram ride, which cost 8bucks, freaking expensive. It bought us around with breezy wind blowing at our faces, of which, I felt like as if we were shooting some commercial.

Cabbed home within 10minutes with Zhenzhong sending the rest right to their doorstep, unfair treatment ):

13 July
An utterly bad day which I shall not mention ): Trg was nice, though the cramps, we managed to bond closer & knowing each other's playing style since competitions' tmr!

Look at the time, been excitedly blogging till I miss the time I need to sleep, try waking up at 6am on a Sunday morning, for Inter-con tmr. May Nee Soon East be blessed to win all matches tmr, though its really tough to conquer Bedok, the champs of 2006, we were damn unlucky to be in the same group. Hope our hard work pays off! Photos will be up once Sow send them to me.

P.S. All B&J lovers, please do try our latest flavours, all 3 are sorbets. My current favourite will be Mango Mango sorbet. Do give Lemonade & Jamican Me Crazy a try as well, Im sure your taste buds will be satifised!

im contented with all my results, together with the very minimum effort spent, its very satisfying already (:

friendly last night tired me out pretty much, all my bones gonna break, im gonna stop all sports after this year cuz im no longer at the peak of my sports career. at the peak, i had o levels obstructing & now, worse of all, i realised inter con round 2 will be held around my final exam period, im dead beat, seriously.

went for FO today, chris cheong's ever so so hyper & he claims that's his way of teaching, so hilarious. afterwhich, i went meet up with dad, mum, aunt & grandpa for sharks fin. i knw im mean, but if i dun eat the sharks fin, it will eat up a lot of other smaller fishes. (lousy excuse, i knw) the meal was extremely filling with other delicacies & of course, it cost pretty much too! & den went back to grandpa's hse for our mahjong sessions, it occupied the entire afternoon & now, im left with BD. sickening rite, but since its 8 credit units & i wanna watch tv & slp in the night, i shall do it now ):

saw idiotic remy & his mum, carol. we bid goodbye like tonnes of times.

aniwae, im off to start BD, UNWILLINGLY :/

to clara, bimbotism's an art, i knw why you went into the arts course in NUS. <3 bimbo! btw, to all b&j girls, i forced this pair of 'old flower' glasses onto chip cuz he's getting old.

i woke up at 5.30am, feeling extreme unwell, probably cuz the sky's not bright yet. & so i skipped SMART duty & shopping on the very last day of 5% GST. slept all the way till ard 1noon, get ready for the very last soccer match at the national stadium ): it all started with the ex national team, extremely slow moving match. next was the international friendly game between Singapore & Australia. I love the atmosphere, people cheering yet cursing, super fun to see them tease one another. we did kallang waves too! fireworks were so-so, not very interesting. i like the closing ceremony though!

i used to dream representing singapore for sports event held in the national stadium & yes, dream is the word so dream on. nevertheless, i believe the national stadium holds tonnes of precious memories, maybe not for me but many other top notch athletes.

it was realised that there's sports fiesta yet again this year so HUA HUA XIAO LONG BAO, being the champs of SB Championships last year decided to strike again, with a stronger team, stronger combination, watch us rule the court (: *proudness

I MISS NATIONAL STADIUM
